Privacy policy
SagittIA processes the data required to operate the service, track sporting activity and manage accounts within a clear and controlled framework.
Data concerned
Account data, profile information, session data, source videos provided temporarily for processing, generated slow-motion clips kept in history and technical information required to secure the service.
Requested data is limited to what is useful for the product to operate.
Purposes
Account creation and management, access to requested features, progress tracking, video analysis, user support and service security.
User content and data are not used to improve SagittIA or evaluate or train a model.
Data ownership and control
Data and content belong solely to the user and remain private by default.
SagittIA does not sell or monetise them and does not add them to any dataset intended for product improvement or model training.
Hosting and processors
The main infrastructure is hosted in France by OVHcloud. OpenAI, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, Open-Meteo, geo.api.gouv.fr and notification services are involved only for requested features described in the full policy.
The public website fonts are self-hosted with the site, so loading them does not transmit an IP address to a third-party font provider.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, export or deletion of your data.
You may also object to certain processing or request restriction where the legal framework allows it.
